Promotional Items Order Form

Students, staff, and faculty can purchase Allard Law branded promotional items for gifts, conferences, or personal use. To place an order for specialty merchandise, fill out your details in the form below and select the quantity of each item you would like to order.

Staff and faculty purchasing swag for gifts or professional use may pay through a WorkTag that they are the account manager for. Student and personal use purchases must be paid for by cash or cheque in person, after the order form has been completed. If you are placing an order for personal use, enter 'personal' in the Primary/Driver WorkTag field. Note, personal orders are subject to a 5% sales tax which will be calculated for you when your order is confirmed.
