Notice of Photography
When you hold a large event with a photographer and it's not practical to ask everyone for written consent for photography, please advice participants in advance and print and post the Notice of Photography signs at the entrance to the event space. This helps ensure everyone attending has prior knowledge that photography will be taking place and can either consent or opt out without requiring everyone to sign a photo release form.
