To be eligible for Online Learning at Allard Law, you must have:
- A first law degree (J.D. or LL.B. or its equivalent)
- A valid NCA Assessment Report or a completed file with the NCA in queue for assessment
(Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we recognize that many staff are working remotely. If you are unable to obtain an NCA Assessment Report, you are welcome to take Online Learning at Allard Law courses. It is important to note that while our classes are pre-approved by the NCA to meet their requirements, we are unable to guarantee that the NCA will accept our classes for your individual Assessment without the valid NCA Assessment Report. As each individual NCA Assessment Report differs, it is your responsibility to confirm with the NCA whether they will accept the classes as meeting your NCA requirements. Please also be mindful of the course drop dates and the respective tuition refund dates.)
