To be eligible for Online Learning at Allard, you must have:
- A first law degree (J.D. or LL.B. or its equivalent)
- A valid NCA Assessment or a completed file with the NCA in queue for assessment
(Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we recognize that staff are working remotely. If you are unable to obtain an NCA Assessment, you are welcome to take Online Learning at Allard courses. Please note that this means you may be taking classes you don’t need or won’t get credit for. As each individual NCA Assessment differs, it is your responsibility to confirm with the NCA whether they will accept the classes as meeting your NCA requirements. Please also be mindful of the course drop dates and the respective tuition refund dates.)
