Professor Isabel Grant's main research interests lie in the areas of criminal law. She is particularly interested in the law and policy issues surrounding violence against women, sexual assault, homicide, and HIV non- disclosure. She is currently working on two SSHRC-funded projects: one on sexual assault across the lifespan and one examining sentencing for the crime of murder. She teaches in the areas of criminal law, homicide, sentencing and mental health law.

Dr. Graham J. Reynolds teaches and researches in the areas of copyright law, intellectual property law, property law, intellectual property and human rights, and technology and access to justice. His current research focus is the intersection of intellectual property and human rights, as well as the relationship between intellectual property and social justice.

Bruce MacDougall was called to the Bar of B.C. in 1990. Professor MacDougall joined the Allard School of Law as Assistant Professor in 1988. He was Associate Professor from 1996-2002. He has been Professor of Law since 2002. Professor MacDougall studied at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar and served as Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada for Mr. Justice Gerald Le Dain from 1986-87. He was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Florida, Gainesville in 1993, and Distinguished Research Fellow at King's College, London, in 2001.
