The IJHR Clinic has prepared a submission guide with Human Rights First for civil society organizations wishing to make submissions to Global Affairs Canada advocating for the listing of individuals under the Regulations to the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act, SC 2017, c. 21. Listed individuals are subject to an asset freeze and, unless they are citizens or permanent residents, are inadmissible to Canada.
