  • Meghan Robinson

    PhD Candidate, Interdisciplinary Studies, UBC

    Meghan Robinson is a PhD student in the Interdisciplinary Studies Graduate Program at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She is completing her doctoral research on the possibility of giving Māori and Tsilhqot'in environmental legends human rights in both Aotearoa and British Columbia as a means to protect Indigenous knowledge alongside the environment.

  • Prince Doh Senayah

    PhD Student

    Prince was called to the state bar of Ohio in 2020. He was formerly a Legislative Fellow at the Ohio Legislative Service Commission, where he served as a member of the Tax and Economic Development Drafting Group. Prince’s research interests include labor and employment law, labor law theory, contract law, and law and sociology.

  • Bhoomika Sharma

    LLM (Research) Student

    Bhoomika is a LLM (Research) student at Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. She received her B.A. LLB from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (2017-2022). She also worked as an Academic Writer for a year, honing her skills in legal research and writing. She has demonstrated proficiency in Methodologies in Law and Policies, Feminist Legal Studies, and Public Policy in Health Law, successfully completing the requisite curriculum in each area.

  • Wei William Tao

    LLM (Research) Student

    Wei William (Will) Tao is a LLM student at the Peter A. Allard School of Law. His current research focuses on the intersections between administrative law, Canadian immigration law, and artificial intelligence. His proposed thesis, supervised by Dr. Asha Kaushal, explores the development of new, robust and responsive, legal analytical frameworks to analyze the judicial review of automated-decision making in immigration, through the perspective of the Federal Court and immigration applicants.

  • Helen Tooze

    Postdoctoral

    Helen Tooze is a Senior Policy Researcher with the Canada Climate Law Initiative through a postdoctoral research fellowship with the University of British Columbia (UBC). She has authored three climate-risk governance guides for directors of Canadian credit unions, major mining firms, and the real estate sector.

    David Watson is a doctoral candidate at the Peter A. Allard School of Law. He researches in the field of international trade and intellectual property law. He is a recipient of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) Doctoral Fellowship and the University of British Columbia Four Year Doctoral Fellowship (4YF).
