Profile

Morika received her B.A. in Human Geography and Urban Studies from the University of British Columbia and her M.S. in Urban Planning and Policy Design from Politecnico di Milano. She has experience with stakeholder engagement, concept design, policy analysis and visual communication. Morika’s research interests in urban planning and policy analysis include ageing in place through the continuum of care, the spatial dimensions of decolonial planning and decolonial protests, and media representations of intersectional marginalization in the urban landscape.
