Boyd, UN Special Rapporteur, on the urgent need for the legal recognition and implementation of the human right to a healthy environment. Opening remarks will be made by Annamie Paul, leader of the Green Party of Canada, and Dr. Boyd will be introduced by Dr. David Suzuki, scientist and co-founder of the David Suzuki Foundation.
