Dentons Canada is pleased to once again sponsor another “Finding Steady” virtual session with Kara Hardin, a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Co-Active Professional Coach, who was previously a corporate and securities lawyer. 

For law students, the incredible challenges brought about by the last 21 months bring forward a compelling call to attend to individual and community mental health. When you feel out of control and at a loss for what to do, how do you find, hold, and share steady? We hope that you will join this important conversation about mental health.
