Profile

Allan Prest is Stó:lō and a member of the Skwah First Nation. Allan was born and raised in Williams Lake, BC and moved to Prince George, BC in 2010 to study at the University of Northern British Columbia (“UNBC”). Allan graduated from the Forest Ecology and Management program at UNBC in 2014 and then worked as a Registered Professional Forester throughout Northern BC until September 2020. Allan recently completed his second year at the Peter A. Allard School of Law where he served as the 2L Representative for the Indigenous Law Students’ Association (“ILSA”). Allan will be starting his third and final year of studies in September 2022 and will serve as ILSA Co-President.
