Event Description:
Physical wellness highlights the need for physical activity, foods that fuel our brain and body, and the need for sleep.
Activities in the Lew Forum:
- Pick up a nutritious snack and leave your favorite exam study snack idea
- Enjoy some breathing and body movement exercises to help strengthen the mind-body connection, relax tension in our neck and shoulders, and learn strategies to ground your mind during times of stress
Other resources to help with your physical wellness will be available to take away!
