Today's Session:
From January 15-19, Student Wellbeing is recognizing EQ/IQ week.
Intelligence Quotient (IQ) measures a person's ability to think logically to solve problems. Emotional Intelligence, or "EQ" has been defined as the capacity to reason about emotions, reflect and regulate emotions in order to promote emotional and intellectual growth. (Mayver & Salovey 2007). Improving one's emotional intelligence can have a host of benefits, both in academic achievement as well as in the legal profession.
During this session, Andrea will be highlighting resources for evaluating and strengthening your EQ!
