Wellbeing Wednesdays is an event series presented by Student Wellbeing. This series includes informative passive and active events focusing each month on one of the 6 elements of law student wellbeing:

During the lunch period, law students of all years are invited to meet Andrea Falco, Student Wellbeing Counsellor for activities and resources to help promote the monthly wellbeing focus in their lives.
Today's Session:
Impostor Syndrome & Social anxiety can pose a significant barrier to students aiming to make personal and professional connections throughout their law school experience. Allard Wellbeing Counsellor, Andrea Falco, will provide more information on the root of both barriers and strategies to implement in your personal and professional life. Special guest, Steven Ngo will discuss strategies for overcoming and managing anxiety when building new social and professional connections.
Please feel welcomed to bring your lunch to the event. Fruit, veggies, popcorn, and chocolate will be provided for some light snacks!
