Wellbeing Wednesday: Acknowledging Values & Coping with Law School When Life Happens

Wellbeing Wednesdays is an event series presented by Student Wellbeing. This series includes informative passive and active events focusing each month on one of the 6 elements of law student wellbeing:

September: Social Wellbeing

October: Emotional Wellbeing

November: Occupational Wellbeing

January: Intellectual Wellbeing

February: Physical Wellbeing

March: Spiritual Wellbeing

During the lunch period, law students of all years are invited to meet Andrea Falco, Student Wellbeing Counsellor for activities and resources to help promote the monthly wellbeing focus in their lives.

Today's Session:

Law school is rarely the only thing that students have to worry about. Outside pressures and events can have an impact on our wellbeing that can make it more challenging to focus on our studies. In this session, Andrea will work with students in a group setting to identify personal values and developing coping skills in line with your goals for when faced with challenges in other areas of your life.

Please feel welcomed to bring your lunch to the event. Fruit, veggies, popcorn, and chocolate will be provided for some light snacks!
