The Epic Environmental Litigation of Chevron v. Ecuador: Lessons from the Frontlines

The Centre for Law & the Environment “No Fly Zone” Speaker Series presents a live webinar with Steven Donziger, the American attorney who represented the Ecuadorean plaintiffs who won a $9.5 billion judgment against Chevron for deliberate environmental contamination of the Amazon, who later faced a retaliatory racketeering lawsuit brought by Chevron and who has been under house arrest in New York for 14 months on contempt of court charges for refusing to turn over his computers and phone to Chevron's lawyers.
