Wellbeing Wednesdays is an event series presented by Student Wellbeing. This series includes informative passive and active events focusing each month on one of the 6 elements of law student wellbeing:
September: Social Wellbeing
October: Emotional Wellbeing
November: Occupational Wellbeing
January: Intellectual Wellbeing
February: Physical Wellbeing
March: Spiritual Wellbeing
During the lunch period, law students of all years are invited to meet Andrea Falco, Student Wellbeing Counsellor in the Franklin Lew Forum for activities and resources to help promote the monthly wellbeing focus in their lives.
Today's Session:
Student Wellbeing and the CSO Careers Committee are excited to host the drop-in booth Personal Character Strengths in Lawyering: Developing Wellness and Reimagining Success in the legal profession on Wednesday, March 20th, from 12:30-2pm.
Come stop by the Wellbeing and CSO joint table to reflect on personal values, priorities, and strengths that serve law students and lawyers to maintain personal boundaries, develop resilience, and cope with stress in our professional lives. The booth will have strengths-based activity worksheets, as well as resources for students to continue developing their skills and wellbeing. Fellow students, the CSO, and the Student Wellbeing team will be in attendance to chat about all things wellness and success in law.
Light snacks will be available.
