Dealing with adversity and building resilience and wellbeing: Focus and concentration are essential to learning and providing effective legal services.

Lawyers and law students have many more stressors than most people and this can affect cognitive functioning. The benefits of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Meditation include improved physical, emotional and mental well-being; improved concentration, clarity and focus.
