Law and Technology: How Artificial Intelligence is Changing the Legal Industry

The capabilities of artificial intelligence have increased rapidly in recent years, with OpenAI's ChatGPT bringing awareness of AI into the public consciousness. The increased capabilities of AI models have already begun to impact the legal industry and this trend will continue in the years to come. The advent of sophisticated generative AI models make this an exciting and disruptive time for the legal industry. Informed by their diverse perspectives and expertise, panelists Abdi Aidid, Megan Ma, and Javed Qadrud-Din will discuss how AI is changing the legal industry.
