Executive Learning Program in Mining Law and Sustainability - Free Online Information Session

The Peter A. Allard School of Law Executive Learning Program in Mining Law and Sustainability is a new five-week online program launched in September 2021. It’s designed to equip mining industry executives, lawyers in private practice, in-house counsel and mining sector service professionals with knowledge of the legal and regulatory instruments that govern sustainable practices of mines in Canada and internationally.

In this information session, meet program instructor and international mining law and sustainability expert Dr. Daniela Chimisso dos Santos, LLB, LLM, SJD.

Joining Daniela is Dr. Carol Liao, Associate Professor, UBC Sauder Distinguished Scholar and Director of the Centre for Business Law, Peter A. Allard School of Law.
