Corporate Political Disclosure and Shareholder Voting

Shareholder voting is a focal point of corporate law and an ongoing subject of scholarly dispute. Professor Adriana Robertson will present research (with Jill Fisch) offering new insights on shareholder proposals seeking disclosure of corporate political influence activities.
