This workshop brings together corporate law scholars from across Canada for collaborative discussion and feedback on early-stage research ideas and works in progress. Attendees will be asked to submit workshop papers prior to the event, to be read by all attendees. At the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to present their papers and receive feedback during in-person discussion sessions. Papers will cover a wide range of subjects related to corporate law.
