Careers Workshop: Resume and Cover Letter Workshop for Graduate Students

Event Description

Are you looking for an articling job in Canada? Put your best foot forward by formatting your resume and cover letter in the style that Canadian legal employers have come to expect. Make it easier for employers to see your strengths, decipher your previous experiences, and decide whether to shortlist you for an interview. This session will go over tips and tricks for drafting your resume, cover letter, and other application documents as an NCA candidate. Attend this session (or watch the recording), review the CSO’s Resume and Cover Letter Guide (available in ACE’s Resource Library), and draft your own application materials – then book a 1:1 resume and cover letter review appointment with your career advisor Jenn Lau to get personalized advice and feedback on your drafts.
