A FIRST IN CRIMINAL LAW EDUCATION
Join us on Zoom for the book launch of "Criminal Law: Canadian Law, Indigenous Laws & Critical Perspectives", edited by UBC law professor Benjamin Perrin, University of Victoria law professors David Milward and Michelle Lawrence, and Métis/Cree lawyer Myrna McCallum (host of the award-winning Trauma Informed Lawyer podcast).
This digital casebook is open access, bringing together Canadian and Indigenous laws, trauma-informed perspectives, and critical perspectives on pressing criminal justice issues. It is being published by the Canadian Legal Information Institute with funding from the Law Foundation of BC and a UBC Open Educational Resources Grant.
