Description of Event:
Do you have an interest in litigation and advocacy, or wish to understand the issues in litigation that may affect a solicitor's practice? Want to gain insight into judicial-reasoning and decision-making? Enjoy legal research and legal discussion? If so, consider applying for a judicial clerkship with the BC Supreme Court or Court of Appeal!
At this session, judges and legal counsel from each court will speak as part of a panel about the BC Courts law clerk experience and application process for 2024/2025 clerkship positions.
