Submit an Event

If you'd like to submit an event to be included in our calendar, please fill out the form below.

If you have any questions about submitting an event for inclusion in the calendar, please email communications@allard.ubc.ca.

Please submit your event a minimum of seven days in advance to allow time for promotion. It may take up to three business days for your event to be added to the website.

If this is an all day event, please note it in the comments section below.

Please note, to prevent "Zoom bombing", Zoom links are not to be published publicly. We recommend a Qualtrics registration survey or an email address for attendees to register. You may contact events@allard.ubc.ca for more info.
