The Lower Mainland is home to many small businesses owned by ethnic proprietors, including restaurants, retail businesses, and professional service firms. When assisting such clients in commercial litigation matters, there may be numerous cultural nuances for counsel to navigate. These cultural nuances can play an important role in both client service delivery and litigation strategy.
