Rikki Logan (she/her/hers) is the Indigenous Legal Studies (ILS) Summer Intensive in Torts Course Assistant. She is in her second year law student at the Allard School of Law. She is Métis and is a citizen from the Métis Nation Saskatchewan. Her family comes from the historic Métis Red River Settlement. She grew up on Treaty 4 Territory (Regina, Saskatchewan) but for the last four years she has been residing on the unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples, the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skxwú7mesh (Squamish), and səlil̓wətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. She holds a degree from Quest University in a Bachelor of Arts & Science.
She provides technology assistance for the course and provides both academic and personal support to the incoming Indigenous students in the course. She is also a 2L at Allard and a clinic head for the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program (LSLAP).
