Cassandra is a recent graduate from the Peter A. Allard School of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctor degree in the Spring of 2022. Cassandra is working as the Indigenous Legal Studies Programs Coordinator while Lee Schmidt is on leave. During her studies at Allard, Cassandra volunteered with the Indigenous Law Students Association (“ILSA”) and worked with the ILS department as the Programs Assistant, and the ILS Coach. Cassandra is Metis from the Metis Nation of Alberta. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from the University of Calgary, majoring in Law and Society.
