    Allard Hall Building Updates

    Allard Hall is closed to the public, visitors and guests. Access to Allard Hall is limited to approved students, staff and faculty only. You will need your UBC card to access to the building. 

    Effective July 1, 2021, following public health guidance non-medical masks are recommended in indoor common spaces at UBC for all people 12 and older who are not yet fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination is not required. You are fully vaccinated 14 days after your second dose of vaccine. For more information on UBC’s mask policy, please consult the UBC COVID-19 Campus Rules and UBC’s statement on respectful engagement regarding non-medical masks (PDF).

    The Law Library space is closed
    UBC libraries spaces (including the Law Library) are closed until further notice; some bookable space is available at the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre. Librarian help is available via email at and the library is offering Materials Pick-Up Service.

    In light of COVID-19, heightened security procedures and processes are in place to enhance the well-being and protect the safety of students, faculty, and staff on campus. ​Please have your UBC ID on display or ready to show when accessing campus buildings.
