Event Description
This informal in-person panel is designed for 1L students interested in applying for 2026 summer positions in Toronto or Calgary through the 1L structured summer recruit. The session will begin with brief remarks from the Career Services Office outlining the key logistics of the recruit. Upper-year students who successfully secured 1L summer positions in these markets will then share their experiences and answer a few opening questions before the floor is opened for 1Ls to ask questions to the upper year panelists. This is an opportunity to hear candid insights about the application process, interviews, firm selection, and what to expect from a 1L summer in Toronto or Calgary, all in a relaxed and supportive setting.
