UBC Law Students Brendan Dawes and Megan Coyle are these years' winners of the Mathews, Dinsdale & Clark National Labour Arbitration Competition.
Every January, teams from law schools across Canada come together for a weekend to compete in a simulation of a grievance arbitration hearing before tri-partite panels.
This year's UBC Law team was coached by Jennifer Russell and Alissa Demerse from Roper Greyell LLP and Professor Emeritus Jim MacIntyre, Q.C.
