Procrastination is a common and serious problem among lawyers and can be very difficult to overcome. Willpower, self-criticism and sporadic efforts to eliminate the behavior are usually ineffective. In this workshop, you will discover why you procrastinate and learn ways to reduce or eliminate procrastination. You will also learn the process of effective decision-making to reduce time wasting behaviours. This course uses a combination of exercises, group support, discussions and assignments to help you change these unproductive ways of being.
