Distance Learning Program - Eligibility

 

Distance learning courses at the Allard School of Law are only open to unclassified students, access studies students and Master of Laws (Common Law) students.

Applicants must:

  1. hold, or be in the process of completing, a first law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent),
  2. have a valid NCA Assessment (and submit a copy to Allard Law before registration), and
  3. meet UBC's English Language Requirement.

Please note that your supporting documentation must be received no later than three weeks before the course start date, or your registration cannot be processed.
